) He will be getting circumcised. 
(BTW with DD i did peirce her ears when she was 5 months old...she didnt even cry. )
Oh man...ladies next month we will have outside babies...

How have you been feeling? TIRED, I'm consistently up for 3 random hours in the night every night - going to try some Benedryl tonight. Having random contractions and cramping which is great news.
Appt updates? Labor progress? I just posted about it but the perinat0e is concerned about my blood pressure and I had some protein in my urine yesterday so I'm doing the 24-hour test today. Good news is I'm 38 weeks so if I am getting pre-e baby is safe to come now. Last MW appt was last week and I was 2cm dialated, 70% effaced and between a -1 & -2 station. Have another MW appt this week so hopefully she will check me again and maybe strip my membranes. With these new blood pressure problems, I would really like to go into labor naturally before they decide to induce (if that is what they decide).

I'm just like Shanna - had my ears pierced like 3 times in my life and it all started when I was little. I'll probably wait until she is starts asking for it and save it for a gift for a bday or holiday (seems like that would be much less expensive then buying some sort of electronic device...QOTW: If you are having a boy, have you decided about circumcision? How have you been feeling? I caught a cold last Friday and could barely breathe until today.
Appt updates? Labor progress? No dilation, but cervix is soft and baby is at -1 station. Doulas were here for a pre-natal appointment on Monday evening. I mentioned having BH, but was corrected. Apparently those are contractions. They were happening mostly in the evenings, but are now taking place throughout today. I also have soft stools. Doulas say to look for blood and timed contractions picking up within the next week. Yikes!

No circumcision for our baby boy. Mike and I made the decision after doing extensive research and speaking to the family doctor. We feel good about the decision.

How have you been feeling? Pretty good overall - just huge and exhausted, I'm very ready to meet him. Unfortunately no contractions, which has me discouraged. I just wish that my body would do something to get things moving.
Appt updates? Labor progress? As of our appt on Monday, we've made no progress

EDD/How far along? Sept 9th/38w5d (whoa, 38w5d is so weird to see)
How have you been feeling? Good! Aside from not sleeping anymore. I have quite a bit of pain, pressure and soreness in my pelvis and groin though. It sometimes feels like LO is about to fall out.
Appt updates? Labor progress? I have an appt tomorrow morning, but last Wednesday I was 4-5 cm dilated, cervix thinned out and she could feel the head and bag of waters.

) Boy - not sure. DH and I have discussed it a lot and I am leaving the decision up to him. Girl - I think so, I will eventually have her ears pierced. I got mine done when I was 6 mo. The REAL question is: am I having a boy or a girl?? 
How have you been feeling? Exhausted and huge! Sleep is horrible and just got prescribed wrist braces for severe carpal tunnel syndrome! I cold barely feel my fingertips... They are helping somewhat!
Appt updates? Labor progress? Had my first internal on Monday and was 1cm 30% effaced - doc said cervix is still thick but he said the head is touchable and he is in great position!! I also had some spotting after that then I believe what is part of mucus plug come out over the last two days!

) We are having him circumcised... I left if mostly up to DH and he said yes.

) We're Team Green but we will circumcise if we have a boy. We will not pierce a little girls ears until she is old enough to ask for them and care for them.
