Morning ladies. Hope everyone is having a good day at work so far. I am slowly starting to pack up the office. We have to be out by the end of the day. I am so excited to move to the new place because this one is super sketchy and really dirty. YAY TO MOVING DAY!
Re: Moving day!!!
Happy Hump Day!
I spent most of my evening yesterday walking around the mall. I was trying to find inspiration for a way to tell the IL's about the baby. I saw a few things, but nothing "right".
Hopefully H will be back home tonight. All I have planned is actually cooking dinner, cleaning the kitchen and folding laundry. Thrilling.
EWWW housework!! lol
Happy Hump Day to all as well! I like the idea of getting them something with gramma & grampa on it and giving it to them. Someone on the TTGP board suggested to give them the fruit that your baby is the size of... so if you are waiting till 12 wks I think it's a lemon. Good luck coming up with something creative
If I get pregnant first try, I would be testing around xmas. I thought that would be a cute way to tell DH by wrapping up the HPT and giving it to him.
Tonight, I have a meeting at my cadet corps to discuss this coming training year... should be boring lol.ugh.
Hi Ladies!
megs - Good luck with the move! A nicer (cleaner) office is always great. I love moving and redecorating so I would LOVE a new office move too!
Raynes - My SIL gave my In Laws a little "thank you" gift. So my FIL had said "It would be nice to have a grandkid to build sand castles at the beach with one day" once so she gave him a kids bucket filled with beach toys. My MIL said she "hates hearing her friends brag about THEIR grandchildren and she doesn't have one" so my SIL gave her a "Grandmothers Brag Book" with a Ultrasound photo in it. I also like megs idea. It made me laugh.
rocky - I know you'll read this eventually, how are you feeling today?
Still no positive OPK for me. I tested this morning and again at 11. A faint line but not dark enough to be considered positive. Ugh! I'll test again tonight. DH and I talked last night about the renovations we're starting in our "guestroom" (nursery). We decided to paint the guestroom the color we'd want for a nursery so we don't have to pain again (we're thinking positive).
