4 weeks PP and can see one of my stitches?

My dr used disolvable stitches but I was just looking at my incision and noticed in one spot I can see one of the white threads of the stitch.  Just thought this was a little odd as it seems like it would have dissolved by now?  Anyone else?

    I have stitches I can see at the end of my scar and I'm 10wks pp.

    I haven't asked my doc about it, but I'm not concerned.

    My OB uses steri strips to close the incision site, but uses dissolvable stitches internally.  I noticed one was sticking out at the end of the incision and didn't dissolve.  At my last appt. she just trimmed it off and said it was no big deal.

    TFAS since May 2013
    8/14 - Bloodwork showed heterozygous MTHFR gene mutation and elevated AMH (but no cysts)
    9/14 - HSG, Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy showed tubes clear, but found and removed Endometriosis, scar tissue and 2 small benign masses on my tubes.
    11/14 - Daily ultrasounds confirmed that my follicles are not releasing the egg and every other day blood draws showed very low progesterone... DH's SA was near perfect
    12/14 - moving onto meds!!! Hold up!!!  Surprise BFP after only taking the progesterone!  Now what do I do with all of the other meds we already paid for?!  Due at the end of August 2015 Beta#1- 4434 @ 22DPO  Beta#2 - 7335 @ 25DPO Beta #3 - 14429  @ 28DPO

    Same here. I had some irritation due to stitches sticking out for several months after my c section. Some of them fell out on their own, and the others, my dr cut and they eventually fell out or dissolved under the skin.

    I had one that didn't dissolve and my OB trimmed it at the 6 week appointment.  He told me to clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and I should be good to go.  And I was!

    I had stitches that stuck out from my laparscopy as well as my c/s. All the OB did was trim it off and they both healed just fine.
