We have attempted and failed miserably. Like maybe 1/4 of an inch, lol. And now that I've experienced several weeks of internal hemorrhoids, I can safely say it will NEVER happen again.

ETA: The two (anal sex and roids) have nothing to do with each other, I just have no desire to cause myself further pain and suffering.

Y'all are doing it wrong.

I don't think anyone should do anything they're not comfortable with, but if you actually want to do it and enjoy it, it requires some prep work. There are some really great books on the subject, Luscious is one of them, or anything by Tristan Taormino. It's all about the prep, lube, and a lot of play and patience. It should NEVER hurt.

I wouldn't go that far. I've enjoyed it and not enjoyed it. After the not enjoying I learned a lot about it, and now I know how to enjoy it.

My problem is that so many guys want it, and maybe some girls too, that they go about it all wrong. It can at a minimum end up being embarrassing and slightly painful, to a maximum of no longer consensual. And THAT is a hugeass problem, pardon the pun.

So for people who were intrigued, and then had a bad or not so great experience, you should learn more about it. And then you can decide that it might be cool, or still say that it's not your thing and move on to whatever you do find fun.

DH isn't a fan, so it's off the table until he decides otherwise.
