S/O squash, WTH can I do with a cushaw squash?

I have a huge one on my kitchen counter and I don't know what to do with it....
Recipes?

...Like for baby food and/or "adult" food.

    I think a lot of people make cushaw squash pie, so you could google that, or just bake the thing and eat with butter and brown sugar. For baby food, bake it and puree. Add a tiny bit of unsalted butter or some cinnamon if you want to.
