I just baked and acorn squash last night at 375 and baked it in a pan of water for roughly 30-45 minutes. That was a small/medium squash. I am not sure if it varies for other kinds of squash though.
I baked a butternut squash at 350 for about an hour & 10 mins. I cut it in half, scooped out the seeds, brushed it with a little olive oil and sprinkled on a little cinnamon & nutmeg. Put it in a 9x13 baking dish with about an inch of water. My house smelled so yummy while it was baking!
