So I know the deal - stay away from them for risk of listeria, and I have been. To me it's just not worth it. But with work starting back up, it's so easy to make myself a sandwich at night and have that for lunch (esp since that's what I make DH 99% of the time).
I thought I read that you can microwave them to kill the bacteria. Is that true? For how long? Forgot to ask the dr today.
Thanks ladies

Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!
TTC #2
After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
I have to be honest in that I have eaten them a few times in this pregnancy. Maybe 4 total..i also have eaten soft serve ice cream; a McFlurry was the only thing I could eat during the 1st tri..I really think the risk is soo so low..but I did usually warm them up first...
For lunch though I mainly eat Chicken Salad, peanut butter, apples, cheese, hummus, or left overs..
