Taking forever to eat

It takes my baby 1 hour to finish a bottle - and we are using a medium flow nipple.  Anyone dealing with this.... anything to increase the speed.

    The only thing that helped speed up the time it took DD was to switch to a faster flow nipple.  Can you change to the fast flow?  Or keep using the medium, just stretch out the hole a little with the prong of a fork?
