In order to manage your registry:

Go in and create a new registry, just add one item. Write down ID number.

Call customer service for online registries. I only was on hold for about 10 minutes.

Ask them to merge this new registry with the original one. All you need is the email address you used for the original registry.

They merge the 2 and you will be able to update in 6 hours.

I just did this - it took about 20 minutes, but I can now log into the registry AND edit it

Was on hold for about 25minutes, but once I was able to speak to someone they were able to combine the registries while I was on the phone! I even logged in and made sure it looked good!
