Thanks! I just rented a symphony to see if it helps. The LC also suggested that I try to pump for 15 min, wait 10 min and then pump 5 more min. She said that will trick your body into thinking the baby had fed twice. She also suggested that I pump for 5 min after the morning and evening feeds with baby on the breast. If these pumping sessions and better pump don't help then I'm going to try the dom.

How much do you take? I was also wondering about this because my supply is dropping (DD won't latch and am EP) and the Fenugreek isn't working.
