    SNAPE WAS MUCH MORE OF A BULLY THEN DRACO!!!  I don't care if he had a valid reason.  Having an adult purposely being mean to you makes any teen angry and feel miserable.

    As far as Disney...they didn't so much have bullies as much as villains.  If we were talking villains I would have said Umbridge....she was vile!
