God bless you belly band!

So last week and this week have been really tough on me and my pants.  We are just not getting along and I am absolutely exhausted with being uncomfortable at work.  I had started doing the rubber band trick, but the top of the pants still poked out and folding them inside just wasn't comfortable.  So today I bit the bullet and bought a belly band at Target.  I gotta tell you ladies, they are fantastic.  It's just like wearing Spanxx.  They hold my pants up and I don't have to feel embarrassed about having the button undone.  Yay for bands, boo to bloat!

  • I commented in a post below that I never had to wear maternity dress pants...I just used my b-band!  It was an absolute lifesaver!

  • We're on vacation right now (in the hotel room while DS is sleeping), and I'm SO looking forward to getting home to my belly band. Mat pants will be way too big for a while, but I definitely need something with this bloat. I feel so gross and uncomfortable. I know I'm earlier than you ladies, but I swear it's worse this time around!

  • They were all out of the black bands so I just got the neutral color one.  They are soooooo comfortable.  This belly bloat has just gotten ridiculous.  I got BeBand Maternity Band from Target.  They are $16.99 but totally worth it.  I would have gotten one off Amazon but I wanted one today lol.

  • I guess I am the odd ball and hated the belly band.  My pants got too tight to button obviously but even with them opened the pressure on my pelvic area would make me sick.  Luckily I live in FL and was pregnant from Feb-Nov and pretty much lived in nice flowy dresses or leggings and a shirt

  • I read this post and I thought ok thats good to know.  Then I realized this bloat issue is probably why the zipper of my pants keeps coming down LOL  I guess I need one too.

  • maybe I should get one. My pants are getting uncomfortable. I can't believe it at 7.5 weeks I need one for my first baby. Ugg!

  • I am runnning out in a half hour to go get one at Target! I am so darn uncomfortable in my work pants. My pants are big on me everywhere else but my belly so hopefully this helps.

  • My husband and I went on a 4 hour car ride last weekend I had to unbutton my pants during the car ride. I was soooo uncomfortable where the button was. I came home and bought a belly band the next day. I was embarrassed to buy one because I'm not that far along but the bloating is just enough to make me uncomfortable. I got mine from a Motherhood Maternity store at the mall ($17). I'm glad I know that Target sells them also. We haven't told anyone we're pregnant and I was worried someone would see me in the maternity store and spill the beans.
