Quick, sharp pains on my left side one week after my IUI?

I had an IUI one week ago today, for the last few days I have been having quick, sharp pains on my left side here and there (I do know I had one large follice on my left ovary the ultrasound showed the day before the IUI) - and a little more than normal CM (sorry TMI!)....I never experienced these with any of my previous IUIs so don't know if I am reading into these too much - just wondering if any of you out there experienced this and if it results in a BFP or BFN? Thank you for your feedback?

I had them at 8dpo and wasn't sure what to make of it. I still don't know if it was implantation cramping (plausible since I got my first bfp at 10dpo and they say it takes 48hrs after implantation for enough hcg to be released to get a positive hpt), or if it was just cramping from a cyst that I had.

Of course my mind jumped to ectopic pregnancies, but thankfully it wasn't... just made me paranoid. There's really no way to know at this point. Good luck, I hope this is your cycle!

I haen't done an IUI, but I got these every month I was trying after ovulation, and for many weeks after my IVF cycles. I read it could be from fluid irritating your insides, or a bunch of other totally harmless things. I'm sure everything is OK and good luck!
