Ovulate early?

I had to take a month off doing iui's due to over stimulation from the drugs from last month. I'm having a really sharp pain on my right side that I normally experience in ovulation, however I'm only on CD 7? is it possible to ovulate that early and I'm having a lot of wetness down there?  

p.s I'm not charting

    Break cycles may or may not be normal. I know people that regularly ovulate around cd7 so it's not impossible, but without monitoring who knows what is going on.

    I ended up O'ing on CD 10, my cycle after my IVF, which was a couple days earlier than normal for me, so I would say it is possible that your body is still a little off due to the meds.
    2/11 Diagnosis: DOR-AMH .62, LPD and MFI-4% Morph
    IVF #1-July 2011 7/9/11-Started Stims
    7/20/11-ER:No eggs in 4/5 follicles. Left the 5th follie intact and converted to an IUI
    8/3/11-Beta #1=BFN,
    Nov, 2011 BFP #1=m/c at 7 wks 3 days
    11/11-AMH .47, IVF #2 March 2012...or not!! Surprise BFP on 2/19. Beta #1=161. Beta #2 305 Our little miracle girl is on her way! Due Oct 29, 2012

    I've had a few cycles now where I've ovulated on cd 9 w/o meds. So, it's possible but without charting or monitoring there's no way of knowing. The sharp pains could also be a cyst in there or another issue.

    Yeah I seem to have O'd early on this break cycle too, either CD 10 or 11.  I was always an early O'er without meds, but this is earlier than normal.
