City Mini and Mommy Hook

Are these things compatible?

I received one at my shower (with receipt) and I'm wondering if I should return it due to the tipping  factor.  I have lots of little things still left to buy, so even though it's not super expensive, I'd love the store credit if I'm not going to end up using it.

    I have one on our CM and while it's not a "must" it's nice to have for the lighter bags(think clothes) that don't fit in the basket very well.

    I use it on my CM double and on my City Micro single- no tipping- even with a diaperbag.  I wouldn't load it up though.  I agree w/ the pp- it's not a must have, but it's definitely nice to have since the lower basket is basically worthless.
