Wednesday Exercise Checkin

I am so sore from yesterday's workout.  My trainer has been taking it easy on me the past few sessions, but he definitely wasn't yesterday.  It's nice to be sore.  The workout really wore me out.  My goal today is to do an hour of cardio or at least the prenatal yoga DVD.  It depends on how much work I have.

  • Doesn't it feel good to get a little sore, you feel like you really got in some good working out. I did arms, squats and lunges, then elliptical. have a great day ladies!
