can you get party hats at Giant/CVS?

J is having a little birthday party at daycare tomorrow (eek!) and I haven't prepared at all. Can I get party hats at Giant or CVS, or do I need to go somewhere else? Anywhere near SS/TKPK that would have them (no theme necessary, he just really loves the hats)?

    There's a Party City right behind the Wheaton Mall (near where the Circuit City used to be)...

    It's new, but I'm pretty sure they're open now.  Call first to check, if you decide to stop there!

    I have no idea how big the party sections are in Giant or CVS, but I'm sure you can get them at Target.
