Nanny needed!

Anyone know a good nanny? We are looking for someone one or two days a week to keep an eye on our LO while I sleep. It looks like I'm going to be working nights a lot longer so I've got to find a way to get some sleep! Has anyone used a nanny service? Have someone to recommend? TIA

I actually use to Nanny before having Lydi, butI currently have been doing some in home care on the side. If you are interested I would be interested in Watching your Daughter for you a few days a week. Lydiah would love to have another playmate and our family could use a lil extra income.
