Fast food nightmares

I'm normally pretty good about eating healthy, but last night after I picked up DH from the airport I totally blew it and had a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and one of those McFlurry things. It was awesome. Has anyone else blown it lately?

    Oh yeah. Yesterday was the first day of school, and in between classes I was really hungry but we didn't have any groceries and I didn't feel like going shopping. So...I might have gone to McDonalds as well...dollar menu double cheeseburger, small fry, medium root beer. I haven't had fast food in weeks, I felt so bad lol. But oh, was it good!

    Not fast food since I'm on bedrest and not driving by all the time.  But DH "cooked" last night - those little frozen pizzas - and I ate a WHOLE one by myself!  I didn't feel too bad though, because I was starving and because I only had a salad for lunch.  It happens!
