Hi ladies, I am lurking here from 3T, I dont want to intro yet until I get my beta on Monday, but I have a question.
I have insurance that covers diagnostics, but not any procedures, like my IUI. But will the beta and ultrasounds and all that jazz be covered now? I am a moron and forgot to ask before they closed today.
I know that nobody knows exactly, just wondering how it happened it similar situations..thank you and I hope to over here soon :-)

I would think it varies with your insurance but I know with mine (I had zero IF coverage), once I had a BFP, maternity coverage kicked in and so all my ultrasounds and b/w were covered by insurance at RE's office.
Good luck!! Hope you get to become a regular here!

Thanks ladies, all this stuff is expensive enough, it would be nice if insurance worked in my favor for once..I guess either way I need it, so I will find out..
Jenn, yes, I have been poas like a mad woman, I tested out my trigger at about 9 or 10 dpt, and then started getting faint +'s, I was/am too scared to believe its true, but still this morning, my lines are getting darker, and now I had my iui two weeks ago today, so I think its the real deal, just waiting for a beta to confirm, I hope to come here soon
Oh and I took 5 digi's also, the first one said "not pregnant" on 9dpiui, but since then I got 4 "pregnant's" but I ran out and am not buying anymore :-)

My insurance is the same as yours - just diagnostics for IF, but my betas and ultrasounds were covered at the RE's office. Just make sure they are billed as OB scans and not IF scans - my office messed up on my second one and nearly had me pay OOP for it, and I would have never known if that had been my only one there! GL! Hope to see you over here officially soon!
