Too crazy - I am having an IUI on Friday!

First of all - please forgive typos I'm on my mobile. Anyway, last night I began having pains in my right abdomen. I tried sucking it up but woke up @ 6 am still in pain. I wasn't running a temp but went to immediate care a few hours later. The md ruled out appendicitis and pregnancy...shocker, but told me that he noticed some swellingnear my ute & ovaries. He said he thought it was PID! So ofcourse I called the gyno to get an appt. My gyno was out but the office said my RE could see me. To make a very long story short - it wasn't PID but she did notice that acyst had popped & possibly a follicle as well on my right side...weird?! She also told me that I had 2 great looking follies on the left. I asked her about having an IUI and she said ok. I am scheduled to trigger 2morrowfor an IUI o Friday! What a crazy day! Of course with DHs MFI - it is a long shot but I would appreciate any prayers and luck from you guys!
TTC since 3/07. IVF#1 = canceled. IVF#2 = 0% fertilization. IVF#3 = BFN. IVF#4 = c/p.  
Moving forward with Adoption 2017!

    D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
    Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!

    OMG!!!!!  I was thinking about you a few hours ago and desperately wanted an update from you (it was an irrationally intense desire to know what was going on with you...maybe I'm psychic, LOL).  I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU!  I have everything I can possibly cross crossed.  I hope the long shot is lucky for you!  Good Luck!

    Thx - I'm still in quite a bit of pain but I am feeling better. I wa @ immediate care and the REs for most of the day so I am a bit tired! I am trying not to get my hopes up too much, but there is a piece of me that is kind of excited!

    ...now I just pray that DHs surgery along with all of those supplements he and I both have been taking will give us a miracle! I know it is a looooong shot but you never know. Now I just have to manage my expectations...and DHs - I think he is kind of excited..:::sighs heavily:::

    Got pregnant on our own without Fertility Treatments - January 2016!  Thank you snow storm Jonas!
    EDD 10/15/16
    At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid.  Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth.  If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP.  My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!

    Wow...what started out as I am sure was a pretty scary day really turned into something good!!  T&P's that everything goes well...

    I am AMA and all tests on H came back normal
    3 failed IVF with OE and 2 failed frozen DE cycles
    Last fresh hail mary DE cycle starting Feb 2013
    PAIF/SAIF always welcome

    Dx: DOR and MFI

    DH: low count + very low motility; hormones all normal; Sperm DNA Frag. test = poor to fair; male karyotyping normal
    Me: FSH 13.4 + AMH 0.26 + hypothyroidism; Scratch the hypothyrodism (?); Blood clotting and immune panel all negative; endometrial biopsy normal

    IVF #1 (MDLF - Jul/Aug 2011): BFN (9R, 5M, 3F with ICSI, 3dt of 1 10-cell grade 2, no frosties)
    IVF #2 (EP-antagonist - Sep/Oct 2011): BFN (6R, 4M, 3F w/ ICSI, 3dt of 1 6-cell, 1 7-cell, grade 4s, no frosties)
    DE IVF #1 (shared cycle - June 2012): c/p (6R, 6F w/ICSI, 3dt 1 8-cell grade A- and 1 7-cell grade A-; no frosties)
    DE IVF #2 (shared cycle with new donor - Nov/Dec/ 2012): - BFP!!!!! 12/14/12. U/S on 12/27 shows twins!!!!!

    Forced break due to DH getting spinal surgery in August 2011
    IVF - January 2012: BFN
    FET in April 2012 - BFP at 6dp5dt! Beta #1 at 9dp5dt: 82.5, Beta #2 at 12dp5dt: 352 Beta #3 at 19dp5dt: 6000, saw heartbeat and one little bean at 5W6D!
    After nearly 3 years of waiting our LO was born December 18th 2012!
