I have a Medela PISA, which got a daily work out for nearly 10mo with Eliza. What parts should I plan on replacing for baby #2? I think I have a pack of valves. Do I need new tubing?

If it were me, I would replace the tubing and membranes. Tubing because condensation can build up. Membranes because they easily wear out and cause the pump to be less effective.
If I were borrowing from someone, I would probably replace everything.
The only things I got were bottles and nipples - as Paige's bottles got kind of grimy towards the end.
I just stuck the tubing in the dishwasher and let it all air out. Good as new : )
This for me as well. I didn't use their nipples the first time around so got new pumping bottles and the little white flaps for the flanges (not sure if that's the right vernacular) but just put the tubing through the dishwasher. Medela sells a parts replacement kit that includes more bottles and the parts (except the tubing).
I got new everything but tubing, but I'm super squeamish about things getting yucky. Of course, I lent it to my BFF for the year between when Toodle stopped nursing and when Boodle arrived, and she used the same tubing too (but I got her everything else new as a baby gift), but since milk doesn't get in there it didn't worry me.
New valves and new tubing. Mine looked like it had mold in it (we live in Florida so despite flushing it out thoroughly it just didn't stand up to a year and a half of sitting around our house). I called Medela to try to locate a store that sold it and they said if I sterilized it (boiling), it would be fine to use but no thank you!!
