Need help pricing a Kate.Spade bag for e.b.ay

Anyone want to help me price this bag?

It was re-gifted to me, and I really don't think I can use it.  It is a 2011 Spring/Summer collection item, and is sold out online.  It retailed for $345.  It is in almost flawless condition....looks like it was carried only a couple of times.  There are a few markings on the bottom, but nothing too noticeable.  I was able to clean most of them off.  The interior/exterior sides are spotless.  I really have no idea what to price it at.  I will probably set a low bid level to start, but definitely want to put in a minimum reserve.  What do you think it should be?  On one hand - since it is sold out/discontinued, I think maybe I could get close to full price.  But, on the other hand, it is very very gently used. I also have the tags and dust bag that it came with. Any thoughts would be appreciated! 

ETA: I also searched e.b.ay and there are no others listed, past or present

    If it nearly flawless condition i would put a minimum of $200 and hope for more. If u don't get any bids, then i would lower it.

    I'd set the reserve for at least $250 or $275. Nice bag - good luck!
