Someone I knew back in HS just had a baby, and she named the poor girl Devaeh. Devaeh Rein. Anyone else notice that spelled backwards it is "Heaved"?

Yeah, Ick!.

    Yep, makes me want to heave.
    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

    Considering that she makes posts on FB like this ^, probably not.

    Yep, now I am not surprised a name like that came from someone who spells the way she does. Oy!

    ETA: I was laughing so loud while reading this that DD broke out in laughter too. So, thanks for the laugh. I think this is one of the worst names I've been in a while.

    LOL a girl I used to work with talks like that on FB!  She's always talking about her "baes"  yes, babies.  Seems like this girl was trying for Nevaeh Rain but just couldn't quite get there.

    You can tell her she can turn it into a pretty name with the same pronunciation by spelling it 'Divya'.  And change Rein to Rain.  Then it wouldn't be a horrible name.  NMS, but not horrible.
