Pour liquid smoke on brisket and then add seasonings. Wrap in foil and marinate overnight. In the morning, unwrap brisket from foil and place in crock-pot. Cook on low for 5-8 hours and then slice against the grain.
*We sort of shred ours and put on hamburger buns with barbeque sauce. So easy and makes the house smell incredible.

2-3 pound beef brisket

1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp celery salt
