Viva viiiiiiiiiagra! ;)

Just had my lining check this morning and it was between 7.5 and 8 (depending on how she measured it)!!!! I have NEVER had a lining look that good!! Who knew that I would be one of viagra's many satisfied customers?? Wink

My RE isn't in for the early morning appointments, so she will take a look at my u/s pics and bloodwork results later today and let me know, but it seems like I might be a go for a 9/7 transfer which would mean only 3 more doses of lupron!!! Which means I might be able to breathe again soon (having a terrible asthma-related reaction to lupron)!!

    Maybe it was thr ibuprofen/viagra combo! LOL! Glad u have a good lining. I hope you start to feel better soon.

    This!  Congrats and good luck.

    Viagra suppositories are one of those off the wall treatments for for a thin lining. I was given them as a last ditch effort to boost my lining before my ET during my 1st IVF cycle (as the ET approached and I was only at 4.5 or 5). My doctor gave them to me proactively this time. 

    Weird, I know, but it is designed to bring a lot of blood flow to certain areas of the body, so it works! :)

    Recreational viagra  can be fun too!

     

     

    Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
    Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.

    Great news!!! My FET is on 9/7, too--we can celebrate our last Lupron day together on Friday!
    After 7 failed IUIs, IVF w/ ICSI worked!!

    I am thankful every day for my miracle after infertility.

    And thrilled to be pregnant again after FET!

    1. I don't think DH would appreciate viagra in suppository form!! HA!!

    2. Tragically, any libido advantage I might have gained is severely outweighed by my inability to breathe. Honestly, I can imagine anything less sexy than my rattling chest, wheezing and coughing. Tongue Tied

    My nurse heard my breathing and coughing this morning and is going to ask my RE if I can quit lupron sooner. Fingers crossed!!

    Dx: PCOS/Amenorrhea/Anovulatory/lining problems. Clomid = BFN's. Lots of cancelled cycles due to thin lining or cysts. IUI#1= Follistim, estrace and endometrin = BFN IUI#2= Repronex, follistim, viagra suppositories and endometrin= BFN. IUI#3= Repronex, follistim, viagra suppositories, femtrace and endometrin= BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Isabella born in June via C-section!!!!! She is so incredible!     Suppositories! Oh so much fun! ;)

    I can't remember where you went, but my RE is at Rush and I know MrsP got her RE to try it as well. And I know on her part, it took her asking about and pushing for it. It's not super common, but it's also not super out there/weird. :)

    How often did you do the viagra? every day? every other?  I'm dealing with thin lining as well and tryign for a FET. If the injectible estrogen doesn't work, I want to ask about this. thanks!

    Every day once AF ended. Just once a day (at night). Good luck! I hope this cycle works out, but if not, I hope this info helps!! :)
