Ugh! Finally caved and called my dr. last week and she said i could take peri-collace, then heard from other's it wasn't good to take... It helped for a couple of days but it's like you have to make yourself go for it to work.. anyone have any other suggestions? I've heard prune juice and apple juice. Did anyone change to different vitamins because of this problem? If so, what did you change to and did it help?!

I take one generic colace every day with my PNV, and on bad days, I take 2. My OB suggested this and said it may be necessary throughout pregnancy.
I also put 2t of Fiber Sure in my coffee every morning along with eating a TON of fruit and drinking at least 3L of water a day. Oh and it is half caffeine coffee - I tried decaf but I didn't sh*t for a week. I NEED my coffee!!

My first
I don't drink coffee.. I've been told to drink it but just can't bring myself to do it! I will have to try the fiber sure and see if that helps... The directions for this peri-colace is 2-4 tablets daily before bed.. I take 2 before bed and it helps but not very much.. I feel like i weigh 300lbs and my pants dont fit! Think its a combo of water weight and just plain out bloated!

Yeah i've heard of taking that but think I would vomit afterwards, 1 bc of the thickness and 2 sometimes here the past few weeks if it doesn't agree it comes right back up but i will give it a try!

i tried a lot of things but to my suprise, the only thing that actually worked was simply having a bowl of raisen brand every day. Not a big bowl, just a normal serving. it really kicked things into gear! :-)
I dont drink coffee
never had a cup in my life! I stopped and got some Raisin Bran like the girl above mentioned and some prunes... So well see how that helps! My first apt. is friday and im so scared they are gonna tell me something is wrong bc i can't go!! So nervous and scared!
