I loosely follow this recipe... but you can use whatever meat/veggie combo you want. I've done a ham/broccoli/cheddar, turkey sausage/caramelized onion/swiss, all veggie etc. It's really easy because you have to make it the night before and let the bread soak up the egg/milk. I love it for parties since you can make 2 different pans; like one veggie and one meat.

Mix together:
10 eggs - beaten
2.5 cups milk
1 tbl sugar
1 tbl dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion
pepper as needed
Then pour this mixture on to 10 slices of cubed bread.
Top with 2 cups shredded cheese, and any other topping (meats, veggies). We usually do a broccoli one and a sausage or bacon one.
Cook at 350 for 40 minutes
