I was at a lake cottage with my family this weekend. My sister was there who conceived her son "accidently" about a year ago. We were talking with her and her husband about our "next step" and she said the typical, "As soon as you stop stressing you'll get pregnant!" I said, "That's just what fertile people say! Of course fertile people don't stress.....because they get pregnant!!!!!" Geeeze.
Conceived DD after 15 cycles---
TTC #2 since 11/10---Me- Poor egg quality and supply---DH- Poor count and motility---2 rounds 75IU Follistim/IUI-BFN---5/12 150IU Follistim/IUI-Over-produced! Converted to IVF! 0 fertilized:( Rescue ICSI performed. 2 embryos transfered-BFN
Mine is, "Maybe this is just God's way of saying that you should wait until your daughter stops having tantrums." Ummm...I am pretty sure kids still have tantrums even when they are in high school! Maybe not the same kind, but tantrums none the less. I don't think I want to wait until DD is 20-something to have another baby!

My sister told me that she thinks I would go nuts with two by now, and it's nature's way of helping me out.
I was also told to be grateful for my son. Um, okay, because I am a not? In fact, I am so grateful for him that I would like to give him a brother or sister!

My friend keeps telling me oh you will get pregnant when it is suppose to happen, you dont need to go to the specialist. If it is meant to be it will just happen. Plus if you go back to the specialist you will have triplets so just let nature take its course.

I had a male acquaintence at work ask me when we were having another. After not taking my hints that its not really as easy as wanting to have another, I flat out said we were having trouble. I guess I should have been more specific about having trouble keeping a pregnancy (verses getting pregnant), and his final response to me was (yelling across the parking lot); "Take some fertility pills! You could have three at once!"
Fvcking idiot.

"Just stop thinking about it, you are thinking toooooo haaaarddd!"
Yep, that's exactly it. I just think so hard that my uterus has a freak out and it rejects my baby.
"You already have a son, just focus on him and cherish the fact that you are a mom".
Yep, I have a son so I shouldn't even WANT another baby and when I do it's because I don't cherish the one I have. That's it.
My sister told me that she thinks I would go nuts with two by now, and it's nature's way of helping me out.

When I had my suspected c/p lst June...
"Oh, well that's a good sign...at least you got pregnant" (my mom)
Yeah, thanks. That makes me feel so much better.....
