This 3 month growth spurt is gonna be the end of me!

For the past week M has not been STTN and is waking up even more than she did at 1 month! And I have to wrestle her down to nurse and nap. It's exhausting. I miss my sleep, and my happy baby.

  • I hear you! Except we are having the opposite problem, she is sleeping 11-12 hours at night, but in soooo cranky all day.  Eating every 90 minutes, won't nap, doesn't want to be put down.  I'm mentally exhausted.

This has been going on since Saturday, so hopefully its almost over!!  This is the 1st growth spurt I have really noticed or has affected DD, so this is all new to me.

  • i just replied to a post about this.  we're going through the same thing with DD.  she usually sleeps 8-10 hour stretches at night, yet last night was up twice.  she did sleep most of the day away yesterday so maybe that's why but still....

just when i feel like things are going great, BAM, the good ol' growth spurts shake things up.

Same here! Her last nap was maybe a half hour, and she's nursing all the time!!?

  • Ugh, same thing here. Lila is acutally sleeping more at night, but during the day she cries if I put her down and she has eaten 12oz. in the last 90 minutes.

  • Nolan about lost his sh!t on Saturday. Poor kid....he sttn great (usually 10-12 hours), and he is still doing that. But if he's not eating or sleeping, you better be holding him because he won't have it any other way right now. I love cuddling him-only problem is that he's not content just being held, you have to be up and walking around with him. I think I'm gonna wear a track into the carpet from all the walking!
