"lightening Crotch" I think that's what it's called..

But I have had some serious, I wouldn't call it pain but just pressure down in my lady bits..I have also been on my feet/lifiting J he didn't nap great today so I didn't get much down time and I just sat down.

 MY feet are also a bit swollen also (this didn't happen until way later in my first pregnancy)..And I have had tone of discharge lately, all clear and I know totally normal.

So, though whats the deal with the lightening crotch?!  Anything I can do to help it?

    That doesn't sound like lightening crotch to me.

    For me, lightening crotch was quick, sharp, shooting pains in my girly parts.

    It literally felt like a bolt of electricity in my hooha.  Super unpleasant.

    I've also been having lightening crotch lately (and lots of pressure) and it's very annoying, and painful.  If you find a remedy or explanation, let me know.
