Eek, help... waxy white stuff?

Was just going to the bathroom and dropped 3 pencil thin pieces of white stuff... looks like wax... They look like thin small pieces of white wax, no blood in them, and they're not really mucous-y looking until they kinda dissolved in water... Don't know if that could somehow be my mucous plug or something else. Sorry if TMI but I don't even know what hole it came from... Anyone know what it could be, or had the same thing happen?

It sounds like its probably just discharge, if it dissolves in water.

Sounds normal to me, but I'm no expert

I haven't really had excessive discharge though... seems like Ive had less since i became pregnant. Either way that makes me feel a bit better. Big Smile

I've had the same thing happen. Just extra discharge even if you don't notice it usually.

I've had this as well, at home and then at Dr office during exam. Was told it is part of my mucas plug, but does not mean much. Plug can regenerate and does not indicate labor or anything. They did some kind of swab that tells them if it is likely that I will go into labor in the next week or so. It came back negative. Not sure why it happens, but Doc says it's normal. Bloody show or even larger peices of plug being lost still doesn't indicate definate labor, it can regenerate as well.
