update ... not moving.

Well, all that fuss ended up being for nothing - DH had his second interview and they are looking for someone with a lot of experience in a certain area, which he does not have.  They really liked him aside from that and told him to call them if/when he beefed up his skill set.  It was a very interesting exercise though, to think about what if.  He's starting training in that area, so you never know, we could have this talk again before too long.  Thanks for all the input
