DH and I are looking for some casseroles or freezable recipes that we can make and have ready for when we're home and taking care of baby but not wanting to cook.
Ideas? What have you made for your freezer so far?

I made some homemade spaghetti sauce with italian sausage and I made some of it into a mostaccoli. I also made stuffed peppers and homemade mac and cheese. I'm looking for a few more meals too.
I?m doing lasagna, and banana bread. I am SUPER picky, and I hate mushrooms or reheated chicken, so my options are not much. I am looking for more recipes too tho. I posted this last week, and got a few good recipes, but nothing that my whole family will eat. I?m making the lasagna?s and not cooking them and I?m making them in the disposable foil trays to make it all easier, and not use up all my dishes in the freezer!

Stuffed pepper mix is the easiest for me. Then when you're ready for stuffed peppers you just have to boil your fresh peppers, warm up the mix, stuff, and bake. Super easy!

Full disclosure that I'm friends with the person who runs this site, but https://onceamonthmom.com/ is a great resource for freezer cooking. It'll give you plans and grocery lists for an entire month of cooking.
And she recently brought more people on, so there is a diet, gluten free, vegetarian and the more traditional menu.
Re: Freezable casserole recipes?
You may want to check out this website. It includes a bunch of recipes and a "How To" section on freezing:

I also saved this post about freezer meals and found some great recipes from it. I made 4 this weekend.
