What are some safe foods to eat??? And I mean like..I am so hungry right now but am so afraid to eat and throw it up..So...any foods that will be easy on the tummy but will be filling???
I haven't had any MS with #2 yet :knock on wood: but with Little Lurky, I lived on carbs and fatty food the first trimester. Pizza, cheeseburgers, Chic-fil-a, mashed potatoes, etc.

Stay away from graham crackers! They sound so good to me, but without fail, they make me sick. I haven't found a magic solution, but bland foods usually stay down. Like bananas and applesauce and toast.
Mashed Potatoes sound AMAZINGLY good!! And so does Bagels with cream cheese! But for right now..I am snacking on RITZ! Thanks for all the ideas ladies! Cause man...am I STARVING!!!
Protein is the best thing to keep you full, and I've even found that although I have a major aversion to it most of the time, if I can get past that it actually calms my queasiness. It may be just coincidence, but it has worked well so far.
I ate organic spaghetti O's for like a week straight at the height of my morning sickness. Easy to throw in the microwave and easy on the stomach. (Annie's makes them.)

I found the same with bland foods working. Toast and peanut butter, applesauce, fruit cups, cheese sandwiches, tomato or chicken noodle soup. I told the DH I eat like I have the flu.

Edamame is quite possibly my favorite food right now. It helps with the salt craving, is easy to digest, is full of fiber, very nutritious, and meets a bunch of harder-to-get protein needs if you've got meat avoidance like me.
greek yogurt is one of the only foods besides total comfort food carbs (potatoes mac n cheese, casseroles) that i can shovel in my mouth. i have some awful food aversions that just randomly pop up. at least i can ttake comfort in the fact that i get some protein in with the greek yogurt. this week i am into french toast (protein from the egg) and bagels with peanut butter too
I agree with everyone who has said bagels and cream cheese. When I was consistently eating that for breakfast every day, I completely stopped vomiting (the nausea still was there, though). Baked potatoes have also worked for me, as has drinking orange juice, eating bananas and watermelon. Good luck!
This is going to sound weird, but what I've found really helps with my stomach is rice with mushroom soup. I basically just cooked up a cup of rice, and heated up a can of condensed mushroom soup to the consistency of a sauce, then mixed the two together. It doesn't sound like it would work, but honestly, its the one food I've had so far that hasn't upset my stomach in one way or another.
Good luck. I know what you are going through. I hear it gets better lol.
The only thing I can get down in the mornings is frozen waffles. The Nutri Grain kind made by Eggo taste the best to me (plain or blueberry) so I can forgo the butter and syrup and are dry and filling enough to ease the nausea so I can move on to an apple or a banana. I still haven't figured anything else out for lunch and dinner really, beside soup and carbs.
I have had horrible MS, although mine usually doesn't kick in untill the afternoon... then lasts all night!! I called my Dr and he prescribed me 2 different medications. I'm not a huge fan of taking meds to begin with, but they are helping me out. The other thing he told me to do was to eat solid foods, and wait for 30 min to an hour before drinking anything. This has helped TREMENDOUSLY!! It also helped with the horrible heart burn I was getting. bagel, waffel, donut for breakfast. Several snacks like cheese and crackers, fruit bars, peanut butter bars...really ANY bars. And eat often! like a snack every 1-1 1/2 hours. I was eating a lot of mashed potatoes, apple sauce, soups etc at the beginning (like when i'm sick). Since I've quit eating those things, I have only thrown up once this week!! Nausea is still there- but way more managable. I'd stay away from the soft foods for now.

:Lurker: I found this to be true for me too. I still get nauseated at 36 weeks, but Special K protein bars have saved my life.
Re: Easy/Filling Foods to Eat....
I've had luck with macaroni & cheese and cheese pizza.

when I had M/S with #1 I lived off of:
Pasta
Ramen Noodles
Lemon Squares
and cheese
put some lemon in your water too, that will help oh and some ginger candies go a long way as well.
Bonus: They are shaped like bunnies.

I just quit my job in a bagel shop after working there for three years. I can't stomach bagels with cream cheese anymore, haha!
But really, I'm enjoying dairy. So a glass of milk or cottage cheese usually eases my stomach and keeps everything down.
