My older daughter appears to have inherited my thin/fine hair that tangles easily. Every morning when she wakes up, she has horrible bedhead with knots throughout. We typically bathe her at night so she goes to bed with knot-free, dry and clean hair (bathing her in the morning is much tougher with our routine but we've done it and it doesn't help) but in the morning we have epic battles trying to comb the knots out as gently as possible. Does anyone have a de-tangling product (post-bath) that you use on your little one that your would recommend?

Re: If you have a little girl whose hair gets tangled/knotty...
I think there's no solution to this other than brushing in the AM
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I use Suave Detangler and Smoothing spray (it's purple and I've only been able to find it at Target). It smells like strawberries and really helps with the frizzy morning hair too. I've also started using J&J conditioning shampoo for curly hair (green bottle) and suave kids conditioner to help with the knots.
Have you tried braiding her hair every night before bed?
Ditto this. Katen's hair is a bear if we don't use it. It's not sticky or crunchy like a lot of others.
We also MUST have a satin pillow case and if we're going to be short on time in the morning, I comb K's hair out before bed and put it in a bun on top of her head.
