Looked at the waiting children list...

And I found a sibling set of two brothers, an infant and a 2 year old, just what we are looking for.  The infant is perfectly healthy while the 2 year old has scurvy, rickets, global developmental delays, poor oral motor skills, oral aversion, chronic pain, bleeding gums, and overall failure to thrive from severe neglect/inadequate nutrition.  He crawls and will walk with assistance or when holding onto furniture, is currently being fed with a g-tube, is significantly delayed, and his prognosis is unknown.

I think I might show DW to see if she thinks it's something we should discuss with our Dr and possibly consider.
