I know I saw on here that there is a bunch of you that enjoyed this book. I am looking to stock up on a few books for my kindle for this weekend.
It doesn't look like something I would usually read, can you sell me on it?

I didnt think it was something that I would like either. I think it was Howley who said do NOT read the description, just read the book! I read all 3 books in less than a week, it was really easy to get into. Just give it a try!
PS I also said I would never be interested in vampire books until I was on bedrest while pregnant with my son (3 years ago) and my friend gave me her Twilight books to read. I am now much more open to different genres of books.

The gals on the book club board were non-stop raving about this book.
I jumped to google, read a synopsis and almost lost my lunch.
How could this board full of amazing women who'd turned me on to so many great reads be so into something like this?
The thought of the subject sickened me. Sick, twisted, no sex, totally not my style.
I let it go for a few months.
And kept seeing post after post after post about how amazing this book was.
So I downloaded it on audiobook for my 12 hour drive to Texas and had a back up book with me just in case.
This book is SO good that I would get upset when the kids would tell me they needed to stop the car to pee.
This book is so good that I let them watch DVD's back to back in the back seat so I wouldn't have to stop listening and we're a fairly anti-TV kinda family.
Seriously - that good.
Really really really really good.
Like - neglect your children kinda good......

And... what ever you do don't look at any photos of the casting for the movie.
I'm a fan of reading the book/series with nothing but your mind in conjunction with the author to "see" the characters.
I'd hate for the casting to change how you envision each of them.
