I know all pregnancies are different but I have a question about feeling the baby. Everyone, including my doctor, claims that it feels like "flutters" or "butterfly wings." I am feeling something in the same location and it feels like bubbles or little "kicks" maybe? I felt it days ago but only once so I brushed it off, but now it is happening every couple of minutes. I swear the best description I can give is a bubbly kick because I can feel it on my hand when I put it over the spot. Thoughts?

p.s. This is my first so I otherwise have no idea what I would be feeling. TIA!!!!!!!

Yes. It feels like flutters, bubbles popping, goldfish swimming....all of those things

This is my first too and I felt the SAME THING last night... "bubbly" and "little kicks/pokes" are the exact words I used to describe it.

If it had just been "bubbly" I might have thought it was just weird internal stuff haha but it was isolated on one side of my belly and when I pressed my hand there I felt the little kicks!

I've felt 2 movements so far. I'm still early, but they aren't fluttery movements at all, and I think I'm only able to feel when baby makes a very drastic move like rolling over. It has felt like a very prominent flip-flop - almost like someone flipped a pancake inside my belly. It's very low and has felt nothing like the general gas, stretching, and other well known feelings down there. I'm thinking that once I get a little further along, I'll start to feel the smaller movements too.
