Thought we had sold our house

So freaking bummed. The guy said he was going to put a conditionless offer on our house, told our realtor to draw up the paperwork. We were going to accept, we went into town to look at a house that had come back on the market because it's sale had fallen through because of financing. Was totally starting to get excited. Guy called today and said something had come up and he couldn't buy the house now. So sorry.

I am bummed and pissed.

OK, so he had come back with something better, I was wondering. If one person was interested, someone else will be, it will happen! And who knows, his situation may turn around again and he could come back... or he could be thinking you'll come back with a lower price if he stepped away and when he sees you won't, he'll come back anyway. You never know. I'm rooting for you, we were on the other side a few months ago, but the whole process is such a pain in the a$$!
