    That is really awful!  I have heard good and bad about their CS, but mostly bad.  UGH.  We have a BJ too.

    That is awful!  We have had not problems with our BJ CIty Elite, or BJCS, and I hope we never do!  Crappy customer service is the worst

    I'm starting to have the same problem with the fabric now.  Are we not supposed to put this stroller in the trunk?????What a crock!  Prior to that, I finally got a free replacement wheel after waiting several weeks, because mine would not swivel as the lock mechanism was broke....the stroller was days old at this point.  I also made the big mistake of purchasing the snack trays and belly bar.... Well...the belly bar snapped and broke.  I couldn't find my receipt or any evidence of the purchase, so my handy DH fixed it...it's like welded together now.  What a waste of money!  I am only happy with how lightweight this double stroller is.  Buyers beware!!!
