Hey ladies! For those of you that did IVF, this was my first round and I had my ER on Wednesday and we had 17 retrieved and 8 of those fertilized. Today we got our 3 day embryo report and all 8 have divided to either 6 or 8 and all are compacted but 1 and they all have grade 1.0 or 1.5 (1 being the best at our clinic). We even have one that is a 12 cell already. We are looking at a day 6 transfer on Tuesday. Can anyone tell me if this is all good and give me a success story?

Re: IVF success
If only it was simple enough as a sure thing. Even with awesome embryos. I had success with an awesome embryo and much less to work with then what you have going on.
I wish IVF was more something that can be predicted and that awesome embryos always = BFP, but for some strange reason it does not always happen that way.
I do wish you luck and hopefully this is your lucky cycle!
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

That sounds about as good as it gets! I agree with krissy that it's impossible to tell at this point, but you definitely can be happy about this news.
Sounds like you and I have a similar story. I did 7 IUIs and the first IVF worked for me. It's great that you've been pushed to Day 6 because your clinic will have even more information then about which embryo(s) look the best. Good luck to you!
I am thankful every day for my miracle after infertility.
And thrilled to be pregnant again after FET!
I had a bfp with a day 6 transfer (you don't see too many day 6 transfers-- they should definitely be able to pick the best).
Unfortunately mine ended in m/c but I doubt that had anything to do with it being a day 6.
Good luck!!
