They meaning the company working for the insurance company to dry out the water heater leak. Omg big flood! Why would they do that? Also why would they leave it undone. Ugh I just want to go home to my house and now this happens.

Ya we did and they are cleaning the rest of the mess up. Soo want to just go home.
