Re: Baby registry
I did my wedding registry with Target and it was a disaster! I ended up with 5 rice cookers at my bridal shower! AND they only let me return one even though it was their mistake for not updating my list!! It was so annoying!
I did my baby registry at Babies R Us, but now there is a Buy Buy Baby near me, so I'd go with that instead. Prices are about the same as Babies R Us, but you can use Bed Bath and Beyond coupons and they have a much bigger selelction (in my opinion).
I actually found this to be the opposite. BBB, IMO has WAY more stuff than BRU. They also carry all the higher end models that BRU doesn't carry. In addition, BBB is MUCH nicer than BRU. We did our registry at BBB almost a year after my shower they still allowed me to exchange items that I received. They are awesome. I remember when we first went to BBB my DH and I were amazed at how pretty it was. We then went to the BRU and were extremely disappointed.

I did my registry at BBB bc got amazing customer service when I visited early on in my pg. That is what really impressed me the most. However, it is a bit far from me an inconvenient... so I sorta regret it.
I will say though, their return policy iS AMAZING! No receipts needed, no registry confirmation done. Just show license, and they give you a store credit on anything you are returning. I've had so much credit there it is insane... and like I said it is a bit inconvenient for me, so when I do go, I spend $300+ on formula, food, etc. LOL

thank you for responding so quickly to my post
you girls r awesome!
Had my registry at Buy Buy Baby!! And love it I only got 3 doubles but it was not Buy Buy Babys fault the list had said it was purchased already and some people still bought the gift anyway. But the return went smooth all they asked was my liscense and woooaalllaa got store credit.
We ended up getting more stuff from my list and used a Bed Bath & Beyond coupon that we save 20% on our entire purchase which was a great save.
BRU is a nightmare everytime I go, customer service is horrible and they usually are out of stock. BBB has SUCH a big selection it's like walking into disney world. lol
agree with all points on BBB AND at BRU you can't use the completion certificate on babyjoggers, but at BBB you could
The only upsides to BRU are location (easier for me to drive to Kendall than 8th street or Flagler, wherever BBB is) and BRU has a better clothing selection than BBB (and some great deals sometimes! Easier to find onesies, and a cheaper, betterr selection, than at Target, too.)
