Thanks! Haven't felt that way lately, it's the 10 lbs that won't go away and me refusing to buy clothes for this "mom body" I've acquired! I may break down and buy an elliptical. Going to the gym after a full days work is not an option as I have to get home ASAP or lo is sleep

Thanks for the confidence boost! Being a physical therapist I'm surrounded by coworkers who are in awesome shape, spend weekends biking, running 5K's and doing ski trips. It's a constant reminder that I am out of shape (never been THAT athletic, but I did work out 4-5 days/week and coached/conditioned all 3 levels of our girls cheer team). I know how to get the body I want, but I'm just to exhausted to do it! The sucky part is that I only gained 28lbs the whole pregnancy, 21 came off the first week, and NOTHING since! lol!
