Success after IF

If we Lise power tomorrow I am screwed

The down fall of a picky eater. I have an electric stove... He doesn't like cold cuts. Tuna or chicken salad or really anything that doesn't need to be cooked. He doesnt even like cereal! I bought salad stuff for a dillon salad (no lettuce - he hates lettuce) I have cheese sticks and fruit. I have no idea what else to feed him that wouldn't require heating up. Hopefully the cheese will off set all the veggies and fruit he might be eating tomorrow lol
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

  • I am still hoping it's not going to be so bad here. Hope you keep your power!

That too! I just have to figure it all out in case. Usually the big stuff misses us, but if I don't get anything we are sure to lose power - Murphy's Law (sort of)

  • I really don't have a picky eater and I am still screwed.  I didn't plan very well.

  • Hopefully you don't lose power but we were out of power for almost a week when I was pregnant and we used our gas grill and the burner on the side.  It wasn't ideal but it worked.

  • Do you have a grill?  We picked up an extra propane tank just in case we're out of power for a few days.

  • We're definitely going to have a challenge here if we lose power, too (I'm in the DC area). I just realized I use the stove for basically every one of DS's favorite meals. The pantry is stocked but no way will he eat enough without the stove. If we have a long outage we might have to pack up and head to grandma and grandpa's.

After 7 failed IUIs, IVF w/ ICSI worked!!

I am thankful every day for my miracle after infertility.

And thrilled to be pregnant again after FET!
