Success after IF

*howley*

You are totally right about the NeilMed squeeze bottle working better than the neti pot (I finally coughed up the cash and gave up on the stupid pot for this three-week ear infection/cold).  I am in awe.

I think I love you almost as much as the awesome PA who gave me a steroid shot to get my Eustachian tubes to drain.

You have much karma coming to you!  :)  It is so awesome to be able to breathe again!

    1.  Ewwww.... OUCH!!!  Make that double ouch.  I can't imagine having them so blocked you need a shot.  You must have been insanely miserable.  I'm glad they were so proactive in finding solutions for you tho.  Most would have handed you an antibiotic and sent you on your way.

    2.  Thank you.  That's some serious love.

    3.  At one point in time I loved my sinus bottle more than my DH.  And that's really really saying something.

    4.  They make them in pediatric size.  Not gonna say it's a fun experience but when you're desperate you'll do what ever it takes to get your kid breathing.

(DH calls it water boarding torture when I do it to them... hee hee!)

So glad you're on the path of getting better.  That sounds like a doosie of a sucky illness.

Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.

Ooh - did not know about the peds sizes!  I have definitely been desperate enough to do "water boarding" on Avi in these last few weeks - she's had some misery too.

I'm so much better now that we've hit it from all angles - so glad that it's clearing up and hopefully no doctor's visits during the hurricane craziness (we're stuck in NJ until Monday and everyone is going nuts).

    Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
