Ugh! A/S and can't tell gender :(

DH and I went for our a/s today and they could not get a money shot! Dang it baby! Baby had it's legs crossed, then ankles crossed, and covering the money shot with its hands! I feel jipped! :( stubborn baby! They couldnt even get me a profile shot! I didn't sleep at all last night I was so excited! I go back at 22 weeks! 6 weeks away!! DH said he would take me to an ultrasound place for my birthday in 2-3 weeks!
Married November 2007
DH became a double above knee amputee with traumatic brain injury (TBI) - July 2009
TTC - August 2009 DX: Severe MFI & TF due to TBI
DH SA 0 count, started clomid therapy - November 2010
DH SA 0 count, increased clomid dosage - January 2011
DH SA 75 million with 60% motility!! - May 2011
IVF with ICSI ONLY OPTION - May 2011
3dt of 2 Grade A 8&7 cell embryos May 19, 2011
+HPT May 30 2011 -- Memorial Day!
Beta #1 = 34 Beta #2 = 101.8 Beta #3 = 603!
Expecting beautiful Eden Grace February 7, 2012!
I don't believe that God ever tells us "no". he has three options. Yes, not right now, or I have something better in mind. We just have to wait & see. BabyFetus Ticker

    Wow, definitely go to the elective place! It sounds miserable to have to wait till 22 weeks when you've been expecting to find out today.

    That's too baby baby didn't cooperate! I'm sorry you have to wait to find out- I guess baby just wants to leave you in suspense a little longer!


    After 2 1/2 years TTC, 3 IUI's, endo, and a lap, a surprise BFP brought us Alexandra Marie!

    What a bummer! I'd be very disappointed also!! I am glad you're gonna do the elective u/s so you can hopefully find out before 22 weeks! :)

    Such a bummer! Just thought I'd tell you that when I was looking at places to have an elective ultrasound...most of the packages said if they couldn't tell the sex that you get to go back again for free! :) Good luck and I hope your LO cooperates next time!

    That's such a bummer!  I can't imagine getting my hopes up and then not being able to tell. I hope your next u/s goes better!

    That sucks! I have my u/s on Monday and I'm afraid baby will do that too. I plan to drink orange juice before I go. It worked last time. Baby was doing a dance. I don't think I could wait 5 more weeks after!

    Bummer, that sucks! Seems really early to do the A/S, I thought they were supposed to be 18-21 wks. Maybe it's changed though.
    Connor Thomas 6/6/08. Discovered missed miscarriage at 17 wks 3 days, D&C 11/25/09. Please, please, please - BFP 5/21/11, EDD 2/1/11. Beta@12DPO=52, Beta@14DPO=158. U/S 7/7/11 shows strong baby measuring a couple days ahead!!! Pregnancy Ticker
