GD: What 1 hour numbers led to Insulin?

I don't see my Endo again until the 12th but my numbers have been higher lately.ie the last 3 days I've had above 120 1 hour after lunch and 3 days this week I've been above 120 for dinner. My fasting number is always fine between 60-80. Twice this week my breakfast number was above 130. They didn't give me specific instructions like "If it's above X call right away". Are these numbers high enough for me to call them Monday or should I wait until my appointment to bring it up?

    I was told if I have more than two readings above my cut-off, I should call.  Are you on insulin yet?  If you are, they will likely up your dose.  If you're not, then you might need it.  Don't stress about it, but I would definitely call Monday.
