Today I did the elliptical for 25 minutes and lifted legs. My legs are gonna be so sore they feel like spaghetti noodles.
Tmrw Im attempting 4 miles if I get up early enough to do it outside which Im sure I will since I cant sleep past 8. Sunday I need to do arms and some kind of cardio.
DH and I dont workout together anymore. We use to run together and go ride bikes but he does Crossfit and does more extreme workouts than I can do. Miss looking at his cute booty while he is running in front of me! LOL....
I did 2 miles running and 1.5 walking (level) on the treadmill plus some arm work. I probably won't get much of a workout this weekend, since the in-laws are going to be in town looking for a place to rent in our area. They were going to buy outright (they're not moving here--they just want a place to stay in the area so they aren't always crashing with us), but H convinced them to rent for a while and see if they can keep themselves occupied over long visits without us to entertain them. I'm hoping they find something, because then when my family comes to visit, they won't have to stay with us either! I need my own space!
Like punky, I do my workouts when H is at work, so we are separate. It would be better if we could do them together, since he needs the motivation, but I've always been a solo workout person, and would find it really hard to have someone I know with me!
I did a 60 min weights class and keep feeling pressure 'down there'... I don't know if it's a 2nd pregnancy thing or a twins thing, but it happens a lot if I'm straining... whether I'm doing squats or light upper body lifting It happens at other random times too, when I'm not exerting myself.
I'm afraid my OB is gonna tell me not to do that stuff anymore... I see him on Tues We'll see!
